Bugs, Issues, Suggestions, and Ideas
As with all technology, there is a chance that the application may not perform as expected. We have spent countless hours ensuring that your user experience is as good as possible; however, there's always a chance that you may still encounter issues.
Please report any bugs and issues you experience. Additionally, we would love to hear any ideas or suggestions related to the mobile app or the In-Halo Alert sidebar. You can report bugs directly from the Mobile app by clicking on "My Account" and then "Help & Resources" and finally on "Report a Bug", or by creating an idea in the Halo Idea Portal.
